Bitbisa Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the Bitbisa platform ("Bitbisa", "we") and any registered or unregistered user of the platform ("you", "user").

Bitbisa is an online Sports Betting and casino gaming platform operating for users in Bangladesh. From the moment you begin using our website or app, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using the Bitbisa platform.

A valid account is required to bet or play on Bitbisa. During registration, you must provide accurate information, including:

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts may be permanently closed and any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited.

Bitbisa may request additional documentation for identity verification at any time. This process is in place to prevent fraud and to protect the security of your account.

• Providing a false age during registration will be treated as a serious violation.
• If there is doubt regarding age verification, the account may be temporarily suspended.

For deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300
• Deposits are generally instant — in the event of a failed transaction, a refund will be processed within 24 hours.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.

For withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Processing is typically completed within 3–5 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be held if your identity has not been verified.
• To withdraw from your bonus balance, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: ৳1,00,000 (may vary by VIP tier).

Please keep the following rules in mind before placing any bets on Bitbisa:

• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed — Changes cannot be made after the order has been placed.
• Pre-match odds may change after a match begins, and live odds are updated in real time.
• Bitbisa reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded (see section 5.2 for details).
• If one leg of a parlay bet is voided, the remaining legs will be recalculated accordingly.

Bitbisa reserves the right to limit or temporarily suspend betting on any market based on match conditions.

Bitbisa offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are outlined in the respective offer's details.

• Welcome Bonus Available to first-time registrants only, and applicable once per user.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• Bonus validity is generally 7 days, though specific promotions may differ.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If bonus abuse or system manipulation is proven, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bitbisa platform:

• Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's personal information.
• Placing bets in patterns deliberately designed to abuse the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or otherwise interfere with the platform through technical means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's account.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Operating an account using automated bots or software.

If any such activity is detected, the account in question will be immediately closed and legal action may be taken if necessary.

You can close your account yourself: Contact our support team. If you have a remaining balance, you can withdraw it before closing.

Bitbisa may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected breach of terms or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Direction from a court or regulatory authority.
• Extended inactivity (no activity for more than 12 months).

Bitbisa takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe betting is for entertainment, not addiction.

• Any user can set their own daily/weekly deposit limits at any time.
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion options are available.
